The International Journal of Governance and Development (ISSN 2971-6691, e-ISSN 2971-6705) is published biannually, in June and December each year. It is an independent publication affiliated with the Department of Local Government and Development Studies at the Faculty of Administration, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria. This multidisciplinary behavioral science journal features critical articles covering a wide range of topics, including government, non-governmental organizations, development studies, entrepreneurship studies, public finance, management, local government, public administration, political economy, and international relations. The IJOGDES is dedicated to the study, research, dissemination, and exchange of knowledge and information on all aspects of governance and development, both within Nigeria and beyond.
